Exposure was "spot" metered against the label, using daylight WB. Aperture priority nga, I think around f/1.8 (I'll have to check). Shot in RAW--unfortunately Hello strips the EXIF info. And yes, I played around with levels and saturation in PS; used Noise Ninja to clean up the image as well.
